Hello, I am Sarah Sonraya Grace, known to family and friends as Sarah or Sonraya.

At home I am a Mother to our two children, Louise and Benjamin, aged 11 years and 7 years.  Becoming a Mother has been a wonderful experience both challenging and rewarding and has helped me to learn so much about myself through my children.  So along with looking after our children and sharing my life with them and my husband I also pursue my calling as a channel for the Divine.  Helping others to reach their full potential and to release their true Soulful Self.

As a Channel I work as an Intuitive Healer and Alchemist.  My purpose is to empower people to remember their Soul’s essence and to awaken them to the truth of who they truly are.  I gently yet deeply help transform limiting belief patterns and help to heal the human wounds we carry of fear, separation, loss and grief so that individuals can begin to return to wholeness and lead a healthy and fulfilling life.  Helping the Soul to ground and feel ‘at home’ on the Earth is also my purpose.

I work with the energies of Divine Grace and All That Is, both Cosmic and Earthly energies, to help empower individuals on their path.  I am renowned for holding a profoundly safe and loving space so that we can reach the heart of the issue easily which allows the energies to work their magic and transformation.

Living in harmony with the Earth’s natural cycles and rhythms is one of my passions.  By honouring and celebrating  these cycles our energies become in tune to the Earth’s abundant gifts.  An important part of the Soul’s journey is to ground the Soul energies here on Earth as without a firm foundation to walk on, the higher consciousness of the Soul cannot flow down in to the physical body and the Earth.  When we are grounded we have clarity of purpose, motivation and energy to manifest our heart’s desires. The Earth is also on her own spiritual path and she has much wisdom to offer us through the natural changes that occur through the year.  I am currently enjoying writing a book about the simplicity of living in harmony with Nature and how we can learn from the beauty and abundant Nature that is right outside our front door.

Sacred Ceremonies and rituals form an important part of the work I offer too.  In 2000 I journeyed with The Goddess for three years and on the course I remembered the beauty of ritual and ceremony to bring shape and meaning to our lives. Since then I incorporate simple rituals that I have created for our modern day use, helping us to let go, create inner change and celebrate the paths we follow in life.

I have a deep connection to the ancient Shaman traditions and have attended many healing workshops/courses.  I work with the Shamanic wisdom  and powers in my healing journeys with clients.
