Empowering Soul Journeys enable you to make profound changes at a deep level. It shifts and transforms limiting patterns and beliefs and frees stuck parts of your self that up until now have prevented you from being able to express Who You Truly Are.

Empowering Soul Journeys is a healing process that Sarah has developed through her years of personal growth and development and the extensive training she has received. She brings through the ancient wisdom of the Shaman who work with the concept of the lower, middle and upper worlds and weaves this in to her healing journeys making it easily accessible for today’s modern world.

Empowering Soul Journey Sessions

Journey sessions draw on guidance from Spirit and my own intuition to focus on what needs to be healed. Together we take an inner journey, often in to the world of the unconscious where a part of our self has become stuck due to past grief or fear. We gently and lovingly connect with this part, to heal and transform. We find the root cause of the issue currently present in your life and help to resolve inner conflicts.

I call upon a whole range of energies and skills working intuitively, guided by you, the client, and Spirit. Each session builds on the next gently working with each layer. Clients are able to journey as deep as they wish knowing that they are held in a profoundly safe and loving space.

Each journey brings understanding and new insights about our lessons and gifts at a Soul level and these are brought back in to everyday reality so that they can become integrated in to your whole being. You then begin to experience the change in your daily life, feeling calmer, lighter, more balanced and clearer about who you are.

As you transform within so your life and your relationship with others and your response to the world begins to change for the better. Your inner world is reflected in your external reality.

Each Soul Journey is very different and can include any of the following:

·	Healing the inner child (we may revisit the inner child at different ages and stages of growth in order to heal);

·	Connecting with the magical child and bringing forth his/her gifts for integration;

·	Releasing past life trauma and memory that is still manifesting in your life today and retrieving the associated gifts and lessons ;

·	Retrieving lost Soul parts and integrating in to whole being.

·	Exploring and healing your relationship to your Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within and how they are affecting your current reality and relationships you have with family and friends;

·	Healing the Ancestral lines of your Mother and Father generations

·	Facilitating the release of limiting, energetic ties and cords with other people and situations in order that all persons are freed.

·	Drawing down the Soul’s essence and grounding it in the physical body and the Earth. This brings clarity and focus and helps us to feel a sense of ‘belonging’ that is often missing when a person’s Soul is ungrounded or lost;

·	Working with the Body Consciousness to identify and heal physical imbalances and disease;

·	Supporting and healing abuse - physical and sexual;

·	Exploring and healing our relationship with food and our self-image;

·	Aiding the body’s recovery after surgery; cleansing the aura of drugs and toxins, rebuilding the Etheric subtle body that may have been damaged through surgery, aiding pain relief and rebuilding a strong immune system.

·	Developing self-respect and self-acceptance, healing and embracing all aspects of the self, light and dark, in order to balance and come in to wholeness.
