In this two-day course Sarah Sonraya will create a beautiful and loving sacred space in which you can discover more of Who You Truly Are. Through guided meditations, shamanic journeys with the drum and group sharing and discussion, you will have the opportunity to:

Journey to understand and heal the root causes of the blocks to realising your Soul’s potential;
|
|
|
Explore our relationship to our Feminine and Masculine aspects and how they manifest in our external relationships;
|
|
|
Begin to heal the Mother and Father Ancestral lines so that you can free yourself;
|
|
|
Bring deeper healing and wisdom to the parts of you that have become stuck and lost and so bring them and you back to wholeness (Soul Retrieval);
|
|
|
The second day we will journey deeper to continue the healing and integration that has been occurring since the first day. The day will culminate in a Sacred Union Initiation and Sacred Ritual allowing your Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine to begin to dance together in perfect Union once more.

A commitment to both days is a pre-requisite as from the beginning to the end of the course is a journey in itself and deep shifts and transformation of the Self will occur. Sarah Sonraya is available for email and telephone support during the course journey. In addition to this, some individuals may wish to receive individual one to one healing sessions either with Sarah Sonraya or with another practitioner to help them continue to process and transform.
What to Bring?
For your own comfort you may wish to bring a blanket and a soft cushion to lie on so that during some guided meditations and journeys you can completely relax and surrender to the process. Please also bring a notebook and pen to write down any notes of your journeys.
